Dr. Goldman, is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience.
She specializes in mindfulness-based therapies to help her patients gain greater self-awareness, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall well-being. In addition, she works with couples to restore harmonious relationships. She specializes in working with families in conflict.
Dr. Goldman is licensed in California, Missouri, Illinois, Colorado, and New York. She participates in the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) initiative, which allows her to provide telepsychology services in states where PSYPACT is active. Dr. Goldman takes a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing that physical, emotional, and spiritual health are interconnected. She works with her patients to develop a comprehensive plan that addresses all aspects of their well-being. This includes nutrition, exercise, sleep, and other lifestyle factors that can impact mental health.
She understands that many of our clients have experienced trauma, which can impact their mental health and well-being. That's why Dr. Goldman provides trauma-informed care to help clients feel safe and supported during their therapy sessions. Dr. Goldman has specialized training in trauma-focused therapies.
